某圆柱型感应电磁泵设计与验证Design and Verification of a Cylindrical Induction Electromagnetic Pump

摘要(Abstract):
电磁泵作为钠冷快堆涉钠辅助系统的驱动装置,其性能的好坏直接关系到系统能否安全可靠地运行。本文基于等效电路法,采用VB语言开发了圆柱型感应电磁泵电磁设计程序,并完成了40 m3/h,0.9 MPa电磁泵样机的工程设计。然后,在钠试验回路上对该电磁泵样机进行综合性能试验,试验结果表明:电磁泵的流量-扬程特性曲线满足设计指标,指标偏差小于5%,可以为工程所应用。
